23.01.2022 Although 2020 has been a crazy journey for everyone, our performance team hasn’t stopped for a moment. We are so grateful for your support of our team and continue to witness their growth. 2021 is around the corner and we are looking to have more of you join us and be a part of the performance team. We are inviting you to join our open training night on the 24th November @ Thebarton Community Centre, Hall A( NOT AT PURE FUNK STUDIO) to have a glimpse of our training, there ...will be a Q&A at the end of the night for any enquires. Audition registration will be announced next week. Save the date for now : 13.12.2020

15.01.2022 Adelaide, we hope you are ready for this This coming school holiday, we are collaborating with @kultivate.dance and hosting our very first holiday intensive TOGETHER. 2 full days.14 collaboration class. 13.01.2022 Pure Funk Performance Team 2020 is a wrap after last night. It was a very different year, but regardless changes after changes, the team just adapt and conquer all the challenges and THRIVE. Deep down we are so proud of every single one of them. Additionally we want to highlights a few members with their achievements in 2020: BEST LIVE PERFORMANCE: @pamstar80 & @aja_borce brought the absolute fire and energy to the audience that were lucky enough to witness their performanc...e at our company’s Showcase Vol 4 back in August. QUARANTINE MVP: @leia.ahmed growth before, during and especially after quarantine has been nothing short of amazing to watch... she’s also just started her own company @rmrkbl.studio so go support! MOST IMPROVED: @mase_ck joined last year and asked Dion what it would take to get better and he told him hard work, consistency and the right mindset to which Mason has taken on every task asked of him without hesitation and this award is a credit to his commitment to all of those things. DANCER OF THE YEAR & CHOREOGRAPHER OF THE YEAR: @alnerborce is one of the crews most promising dancers and an upcoming choreographer who’s really come into his own this year and is always leading by example thru his passion and ability to always maintain his own style and identity every time he dances. 2021 is around the corner and as our crew director @dionapirana always said It’s only up from here. We can not wait to see what our performance team are going to achieve in 2021.

11.01.2022 We are officially starting our Term 1 on Monday 1st Feb. Classes are as same as last term, but we are bringing one more new class for you all : Start to dance w/ Eddie!! That is an ABSOLUTE BEGINNER Class which will go through different elements to build up your groove and movement so you will feel more comfortable to move on to our principle/ choreography class in the studio. Our Hip Hop Foundation Class with Leia will focus more on basic Hip Hop elements, covering more t...han just party grooves. But don’t worry! All levels are welcome as they are still beginner friendly Limited spots for every class so make sure you have your spot secured by register and paid online via our website or purchase our multi classes pass
