03.02.2022 Our new home bake kits are just $15 with active air dried starter culture, one page of bread making instructions and a compostable container. I cannot say enough about how rewarding it is to bake your own bread. When I started my journey 14 years ago my loaves were flat and my culture wasn’t very active. I’ve learned that unless you’re willing to fail then you will never try anything new. So I encourage you to give it a go. Kickstart your sourdough bread making hobby (or career maybe!). Being part of the Warrnambool Community Garden’s fresh market on and off for the past few years resonates with a deeper part of me that connects to community through food.
