19.01.2022 Received call from Jason this morning 10:03am and he said they will fix the problems raised in the report given by John Hughes VW. I was mentioned that I have send my car to there places few times and I also do their favour to send my car to John Hughes VW for diagnosis. This time they have to pick up my car, fix it and then deliver it back to me. I also tell them they can pick up my car on Monday and delivery it back to me on Thursday. He replied they are short in staff a...t the moment so the earliest time to pick up my car is next Tuesday. He will give me a call this week to arrange a pick up on next week. Please check my earliest post that dealer is responsible to pick up customers car under statutory warranty especially after few times that customer bring their car to dealer. Any time under fixing are included in warranty period which means warranty period will be extended.

12.01.2022 ( My Review was left on Facebook and unfortunately Purely Commercials seems like take their review section off. HOWEVER everything on internet is all traceable My Review link is here https://www.facebook.com/kueijy/activity/10210187800066868 ) And you guys can go to there website and you will find they take review section off.... Purchase a van with value $26919 and form the first day engine starts to making abnormal noises. Report to Andrew and he told me its not under Statutory warranty however its clearly stated it is on the website of Used Car Warranties from department of commerce. They dont follow what a dealer suppose to do by Department of Commerce to get the noises fixed ASAP instead they are reluctant to oblige their responsibility when vehicle comes up with problem. A guild of Statutory warranty for dealer clear stated whats covered and whats not covered. If any of you like to understand the whole story I am more than happy to tell you in detail. Andrew (8/11/2017) asked me update detail below 1. ECU and gear box software updated by John Hughes VW however noises remain on 7/11/2017 2. Foremen from John Hughes VW heard and confirmed noises and require further investigation 7/11/2017. Reports are given as proof.
