I have been trained by the fairy curlmother herself Lorraine Massey @curlyworldllc whom wrote the book. She also was one of the founders of Deva Curl and both @amandarickmanpurelycurls and I are Deva certified. We also have learned from @nubiarezo who also spent time at @devacurl , so you see it’s all connected. The thing that is mo...st important is whether you get your hair cut properly and that you understand the basic science of hair so you know what different ingredients do to your hair. We all need a detox, some more often then others. Sometimes we need a little help from a tool, like a brush that tool (ON MOST curly hair, not all because not everyone is the same and there is a sliding scale when it comes to hair strength) SHOULD NOT be used on hair that isn’t wet with conditioner absorbed into it already.
