20.01.2022 Recipes with Honey Barrette Croccanti (Muesli Slice) Ingredients; 150g dried cranberries, 100g dried apricots, 60g shelled pistachio nuts, 50g sunflower seeds, 50g porridge oats, 60g wholemeal flour, 60ml orange juice and 4 tablespoons of Pure Peninsula Honey. Method: Preheat oven to 190c, line a baking tray with greaseproof paper, place all dried fruits in food processor and blitz. Add pistachio nuts, sunflower seeds, oats, flour, orange juice and honey for a final blitz. Put in baking tray and place in oven for 20 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool and enjoy. 14.01.2022 Welcome to Day 2. Our Queen bees are bred by a "Queen Bee Breeder in Queensland." This is how they are transported to us in a small box. The white stuff at the end of the box is food for the Queen to eat while she is in transport. Why does the Queen bee live about 5 years when the worker bees lives only a few weeks? She lives longer because she eats "Royal Jelly", which is a combination of nectar and pollen created by the worker bees. Royal Jelly is rich in vitamins and mine...rals and cannot be recreated by man. It is a natural food tonic. Queen bees do not often fly and when they do it is either to mate or swarm.
