07.01.2022 Created some new food intolerance friendly canapes. I got the staple recipe from here http://blissfulbasil.com//03/24/sweet-potato-avocado-bites/ Then put my own spin on it. I used 3 different spice combinations to work out which tasted best, I've gone with my own and not the recipe recommendation. Smashed avocado with seasoned with garlic, lemon and salt, topped with either prosciutto (not vegan) or tomato. #glutenfree #dairyfree #vegetarian #vegan #canapes #gourmet
