23.01.2022 Meet the team - Introducing Michal Dunski! Michal’s interest in health, fitness and performance coaching began with an accident. During a soccer match he had a collision with another player which resulted in a full lower leg dislocation at the knee, tearing and fraying many ligaments. The recovery process was long. He had to learn how to walk again, and was told by the hospital-appointed physiotherapist that he would likely never play sport again. 11.01.2022 / / Are You Overtraining Or Under Recovering? / / If you are in the gym 3 sessions a week but sleeping poorly and not eating enough, you will end up over-training even with the relatively low training volume. This is no different to if you are in the gym 9+ times per week, the sleep and nutrition needs to be dialled in for adequate recovery. The Pat Plan is essentially a small squad who want to improve their overall performance in Crossfit. The new north side crew will have the same great programming as the Pat Plan in Fyshwick, with the added bonus of having Coach Brendan to run you through the face-to-face sessions. The Plan includes two contact ho...urs a week at 6am on a Tuesday and Thursday, as well as additional programming, nutritional advice and more. There is no minimum skill or ability level required - the only thing we are looking for is committed people with a good attitude, who want to get more from their training.
