23.01.2022 New class as from Saturday 6th April will commence at 7.30a.m - 8:30 a.m. yes "A.M." Believe me it's worth waking up for. It's not work your'e setting the alarm for, life be in it. The new location for the Saturday class only is "Cronulla Central" air-conditioned studio opposite the new Cronulla Library. Free parking station with-in the building. Please bring matt /towel and yourselves. Please REMEMBER casual visits still remain $15 per. hour. Going prices are $20 and up.... Our change will give you that coffee in the Mall. What a great start to the week-end. See more

17.01.2022 So proud of my recent Assesment as a Pilates Instructor by the Master trainer himself, 10/10 and I'm a believer of nothing is perfect. I have and always will have a passion for teaching Pilates. All I do is the very best I can.

05.01.2022 just like to thank you for all the"likes" thus far. Comments-- thank-you so much, I'm so impressed. I truly mean this, my word, to be able to share my passion, can't get any better than that. Perhaps meeting with my son/daughter in-law, grandson and his in-laws for Good Friday, with my two little grand-daughters in tow. I wish my children would go away more often, so I can have the grandchildren all to myself. Now this just gets better and better. Life's grand.
