02.01.2022 To the ‘everyday bloke or lady’ who wants to get ahead and make a life changing journey via property investment. 3-4 years ago, friends of mine referred me to Paul Glossop and his team at Pure Property Investment, and I started on a journey in property investment. The Pure Property team are outstanding, Paul, Lena, Courtney and recently Aaron as well to name some of the team. They do their extensive research across the vast regions and opportunities in Australia, and to sui...t my budget, growth, cashflow and the broader individual goals. The team themselves are property investors. They understand the cyclic nature of property and know timing to buy across each market and time in market to reach objectives. I have a very busy career, in early 40’s, busy with a young family, and sole bread winner as well - so after setting the goals with the PPI team, I left it with them to source and purchase the right properties for me in the right regions with surety and confidence. Now in terms of ‘results’ in the past 3-4 years, after starting with 1 property (my principal place of residence, with a sizeable mortgage too), I am now settling my 9th property in May 2020 (note purchased across 3 states), plan to purchase 2 more in 2020 and so on and once ‘time in market’ passes i.e. one cycle, I will reach my objective to allow comfortable retirement for my beloved wife and pass down assets to my children. The surreal part is I only used 70% of my super fund (and thank goodness it’s been converted to property before COVID-19) and equity in my home to kick start, and recently released equity from two of the investment properties to continue the journey with some top up from savings. Its not always easy though, but challenge yourself, have goals and have a chat with the PPI team. I’ve passed on Paul’s details to few others now and they are embarking on the journey as well.
