24.01.2022 I got to hold space for these beautiful women on Saturday at the first bare, nakd yoga experience. To say I was humbled and overwhelmed by their presence, their vulnerability and courage is an understatement. We went quite deep, but came up smiling, connected and heard. this is the purpose of circle, to create the space for individual healing that is supported by the energy and presence of the women around you.... 14.01.2022 How amazing is this print by @heidiloudesign When she put forward a model call, I jumped!! I was like Hermionie Granger in Potions class, hand up way past what is humanly possible, waiting to be picked. Heidi said Yes!!... The day of the shoot, I had finished at the gym 30min before, my girls where home and I was hanging washing... not how glamorous I thought it would be... but I wouldn't have it any other way. As funny as my girls thought it was, that Mummy was standing there holding bananas over her b00bies, they got to see something else. Woman creating magic through art. They got to see their Mama crazy smiling from the silliness and having fun. They saw bravery, vulnerability and they got to help and eat bananas! That's what I want our daughters and ourselves to see... fun, beauty, vulnerability, bravery and a whole lotta love for ourselves and each other!! 12.01.2022 And here's to 2021! A sigh of relief as we exhale all that was 2020, and excitement as we greet 2021 and ask it for a gentler ride than its predecessor That being said, as I reflect on my year, I achieved so much more than I thought I would. My vision board had on it, yoga workshops, fitness, investing in myself and my business, raising awesome kids and family time! Some was delivered exactly how I asked, others not (lockdown=increased family time ).... But it did show me that if you look forward, plan, set about achieving and also going with the next right thing, amazing things happen! My word and vision for 2021 is EXPANSION I want to expand my capacity to hold and provide space for women's journeys and healing. Expand how I show up for my family and my partner. Expand my abundance in all areas. Expand my learning. So from my heart to yours, Happy New Year.
