25.01.2022 Clear Hills Biodynamic Farm will be joining us as a stallholder at Pure Veg Food + Wine Fair on Saturday 12th of September from 12noon - 9pm! This will be one of your very last chances to enjoy with their veganised Mexican menu before they leave the Market Shed later this year, they will be missed but we wish them all the very best in their new adventures and are very happy to have the chance to host them one more time x

25.01.2022 Hooray! Today is the day - and what a beautiful day it is!!! There are no ATM facilities in the Market Shed and only a very limited number of stalls have eftpos. The nearest ATM is on Gilbert Street in front of the IGA. Entry via Holland Street only - $3 admission / children under 12 free... 25.01.2022 Paradiso - Garden on Eden will be joining us as a stallholder with their 100% pure and organic certified olive oil and gluten free dukkah! Their grove is located in One Tree Hill, South Australia, the gateway to the heart of the Barossa Valley. The 17.5 hectare estate boasts optimal soil and conditions, and produces the highly aromatic, pleasantly mild palatability and high antioxidant levels that you smell and taste in the organic oil! 24.01.2022 One of Adelaide's newest vegan friendly eateries that has quickly reached cult status, Mai Kitchen, will be joining us at Pure Veg Food + Wine Fair! Although the restaurant is out of the way for some, those who have yet to experience the joys of this Vietnamese restaurant will have the opportunity to taste what all the hype is about! With a dedicated following across Adelaide, their market menu includes incredible waffles with decadent toppings - all gluten free, exquisite gelato in flavours such as hokey pokey, salted caramel, espresso, dark chocolate and fresh fruity flavours - also all gluten free. The recent addition of gelato cookie sandwiches has really taken their gelato game to the next level. Truly am...azing! Live A Little Artisan Gelato is a locally made dairy free gelato range, made with bases such as soy-milk, coconut milk or sorbets. Simon's 25 year career includes cooking in Thai, Indian and award winning fine dining restaurants. He is also a providore of single origin, traceable, non GM, Australian grown foods: dirt(y) inc. In the newly appointed 'Wholefoods in the City' space, stockists of the dirt(y) inc range and all manner of other delicious wholefood essentials... and rarities, Simon will be preparing tastings using products from the dirt(y) inc range.
