We were gifted some gorgeous lemons over the weekend and I am just so inspired by @culturedbaby to make these divine looking specimens In fact, I am inspired by everything on the @culturedbaby page Gummies are a brilliant way to support the gut by adding in lots of collagen and gelatin which helps to seal and soothe the gut lining. And I don’t know about you, but I just love that citrus tang! ... I will let you know how they go! See more

14.01.2022 My biggest little turned 8 today So, we made him this fabulous chocolate and beetroot cake with buttercream icing, raspberries and chocolate bark. Gosh it’s good!

05.01.2022 I love ritual and as a family we have a couple of really fab supportive practices that we all love and look forward to. They are super simple but just help to scaffold our existence. And they just add a little more sparkle to our days Some of these include: Lighting a candle each night for dinner Daily gratitude practices over dinner... Evening meditation together for 15 minutes prior to bed Friday night homemade pizza. The kiddos make it and love the independence. My kitchen is a complete disaster afterwards but that’s ok! Buckwheat pancakes on a Sunday morning Before bed my husband and I offer three things that we appreciate about each other They are so simple but we find these little practices so lovely and supportive.
