04.01.2022 Looking for inspiration? Spice up your drinks menu with our Spicy Ginger Soda. Ingredients: 1 cup sugar 4 tsp. crushed chilli flakes ... 1/4 tsp salt 2 pieces peeled, finely chopped ginger 12 lime wedges 6 cups Purezza sparkling water Making the ginger syrup: Combine sugar, chilli flakes, salt, ginger and 2 cups of still water in a saucepan. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Take off heat, cover and let sit for 30 minutes. Strain syrup into a jar and chill. Making the soda: Fill a glass with ice cubes, add 2 tsp of syrup, squeeze lime wedge into glass and top with Purezza sparkling water. For more recipes visit: http://ow.ly/Nzrr50xXK0n
