23.01.2022 Pushing it, wow 15km. I have a lot happening and have been really busy. This is why I’m pushing all areas of life! Pushed the morning run to 15km so the rest of life can follow and get to the next level as well.

18.01.2022 I have been pretty slack lately posting my runs. Been pretty busy. This was one the other day. Never thought that I would be able to break 5 min per km for 10 km. Was quite an amazing run.

This is due to the Government's decision to force all international travelers to undergo 14 days of self-isolation. I was unable to get back before the deadline. I and none of the staff are sick we are just following the policy imposed by the Government. ... We apologize for this inconvenience and we look forward to getting back to work on Monday 30th March. 06.01.2022 IMPORTANT UPDATES I hope you are healthy and vibrant. We have some great changes happening at both Purity Chiropractic and STAR Radiology. I will keep this brief as I know everyone is busy. ... For those of you, we have not seen in a few months we have moved across the road. We are now at Shop 7, 1454 Brisbane Valley Hwy. We are in the same building as Vinnies, which you see from the Hwy, we are down the other end of the building. We are very excited that we have a new Chiropractor starting next week. Monday 21st, September. Dr. Martin Timchur is a fantastic and experienced chiropractor and a best friend of Dr. Andrew. Dr. Timchur went through university a few years ahead of Dr. Andrew. Dr. Timchur will be working the Monday and Tuesday. Dr. Andrew will continue to work on Thursday and Friday. As you could imagine Dr. Andrew will be very busy on those days. If you wish to see Dr. Andrew please make sure you call to set up appointments so we can get you in. With STAR Radiology we have expanded with an Ultra-Low Dose CT machine. This is amazing new technology allowing us to perform CT scans with very low radiation dose, similar to that of a normal x-ray. We also have a new radiographer, sonographer (ultrasound), and doctor. We are now able to offer a full ultrasound service as well as interventional ultrasound (cortisone injections). Now more than ever we need to be making sure our nervous systems are functioning at their best to make sure our bodies are as healthy as possible. We look forward to seeing you soon.
