I have some product guides if anyone is interested. 2) Personalised Essential Oil Blends - I continue to make these regularly for people. Adults - $15 for 10mL Roller bottle, Children - $10. Under 5s - $7.50. 3) Crystals - I no longer stock crystals... or any other new age stock. Ive passed what was left onto my Mum, Nancy Campbell. 23.01.2022 Todayss cooking with essential oils special - Raisin Bread! The recipe called for ground cinnamon, so I substituted with Cassia essential oil. I used 2 drops as its a very potent oil, just sniffing it too close sends heat up my nose. But such a lovely, warming oil! #doterra #cookingwithessentialoils #winter #quarantinelife

20.01.2022 Todays BOGO! Passion would have to be one of my favourite smelling blends. Ive found this a great blend to use if Im feeling a bit bored or restless. Its got such a gorgeous scent. Motivate is an oil blend I used the most, apart from On Guard and Easy Air. I love rolling it on the back of my neck when I need to get something done that I dont really want to do. I also love diffusing it in the mornings before school.

16.01.2022 On Guard Mouth Wash: so Ive had this product for a few months, and havent actually used it. Yesterday I had a sore mouth (which I believe is related to medicine Im currently taking) and I thought Id give this a go. I swished it for 60 seconds 3-4 times over the course of the day; it has a very pleasant taste, with a little sweetness in it. Much better tasting than the ones Ive used previously! 16.01.2022 dTERRAs Past Tense Relaxation Blend: Shout out to this amazing blend today. I have trouble with double/split vision, which my glasses and brain usually can work around. But this morning for 90 minutes I tried very hard to bring my focus back to single vision, and as a result, got a headache. I rolled this blend over my forehead and back of my neck, and the headache disappeared. I then did a meditation with a mini snooze and am now fine. I use this product a lot, for anything from sore knees, sore neck, back, etc, and also to help my shins/ankles before I go for a walk. Yarrow Pom as such a gorgeous blend for skin!

07.01.2022 The next full moon is coming up on 2nd September. These are Adam Barralets top 5 crystals for the full moon. I also love working with rainbow moonstone on the full moon, and then I intuitively choose any others. Its a great time for releasing anything that no longer serves you, and one way to do this is to sit outside under the full moon and journal. I never keep what Ive written; to be honest, I cant even understand what Ive written!

06.01.2022 Shower Melts - thanks to DTERRA for this recipe. Instead of using their Balance Blend, Ive used Eucalyptus (15 drops) and Lemon Myrtle (10 drops). Very easy, simply mix 1 1/2 cups of bi-carb soda with 1/2 cup of water, mix, add your desired essential oils (Easy Air would be another great one), mix and place in a mood to dry. Then add one to your shower (not directly under the water, but close enough it will start to dissolve and leave the desired aroma) #eucalyptus #lemonmyrtle #showermelts #essentialoils #australia
