Brain Dump - dump all your thoughts on a piece of paper regardless of how trivial it seems. Writing it down takes the abstract and makes it tangible. 2. Program meaningful downtime - "reboot your internal computer" by breathing or taking a walk.... 3. Unplug to reconnect - curate what info you are taking in every day to help gain focus Do you agree?
