20.01.2022 One of the most important things we have to teach our children and have ourselves is self-control. If our children had self-control they would be strong and not tempted to be around the wrong crowd or continue to write to that person on Facebook or social media they would just be able to block the bad people out and not let them into their world. We are up against evil whether we like it or not and bullying is evil. We have to have self-control to not be around it, stop fe...eling guilty because you have to do this, its our job to guard our heart and this is for our own good, this is so our heart does not get bitter and angry and turn on others as well. It could be like a domino effect if we let it. If we don't do it the right way, taking on the bullies could be more detrimental than just blocking them out. 16.01.2022 I have spent a lot of my life being sick and I am only quite young at 47 years of age, I still have so much of my life to live. So today I choose not to give into the regrets I have about my life, I choose to receive mercy (compassion) because it is a new morning. Instead I choose to believe that my past is nothing compared to what can be done in my future. I ask for forgiveness of this spirit of regret and choose life and life in abundance.
11.01.2022 MANIPULATION: I am sorry I haven't written anything for a while. Note to self, don't put everything first and stop doing what you love. Anyway, I want to talk about manipulation and how if we let it happen or if we are not aware of it how it can effect our spirit. Even if you don't really know what it is, people can still be doing this to us. Google says it is the action of manipulating someone in a clever or unscrupulous way. I remember my niece saying to me about how... one of her teachers tried to manipulate her to do something and she said if only he would have just asked me to do it I would have. He obviously believed that she wouldn't do it for him if he simply asked her to do it. Why do people try to manipulate us? Because they cannot control us and this is there way of trying to get there own way with us. We are responsible to people so if you know someone is manipulating you do not let them continue, because then we are accountable. Happy Days xxx See more
03.01.2022 How many times do we battle away with our thoughts or our relationships, family, children but don't ask for help. Maybe you have reached out and asked for help but you don't get any. What then? Reality is that at times the work is too heavy for us; we cannot handle it alone. We are not created to do everything alone, sometimes we have to let go of that stigma and ask for help! And another thing, don't give up asking until you get the help you need. Only you know deep down how you are feeling and how you can feel, don't just accept it that that is the way it is!
03.01.2022 Do you have Mondayitus? I know its school holidays and some of you may be resting and relaxing, but for those who are dragging themselves to work or out of bed or are maybe still in bed. I would like to encourage you to pm me and tell me one thing that you would like to achieve this week, it doesn't matter what it is, let's not give up meeting and helping each other even if it is over Facebook. Our thoughts and beliefs stop us from doing things all the time so let's get all those untruths out by getting all the rubbish out of our sub-conscience and not let anything stop us from achieving the things we want to achieve. It is never too late to start living and achieve what we are meant to achieve!
