25.01.2022 Ascension Update We would like to emphasize the importance of not letting yourself get pulled into the current narrative. As usual, things are not as they migh...t appear at first glance. It is so easy to be dragged down into worry and despair about the events on your planet. This fear should not be your "place of residence"... The dark forces are trying everything to regain their power and they will stop at nothing. Everything is designed to keep you stuck in the 3D matrix construct of fear and control. And yet it is crucial for your own good and specifically for your ascension vibes to keep vibrating higher. If you succeed in raising your frequency and keeping it you will quickly see that beyond the lies and web of illusions. You can imagine it like a puppet theater in which actors play different parts. Some are the bad guys and others pretend to be the good guys while the actual good ones are absent from the scene. The dark forces have always used holographic inserts, staged events, and all kinds of trickery supported by the mainstream media outlets that they own and control to create a reality for you that would bind you to their magic spells. Literally. Do not buy any more tickets to this show. Be peaceful, be kind, be compassionate, and be patient. If you have trained yourself and evolved in the past years, now is the time to put your loving talents to work. Many are in fear right now. They need your stability and loving support. We have communicated this to you many times before and we think that only ow the time has come for you to truly understand what we have meant by those words. You must become the keepers of frequency. This means that you not only raise your vibration but you keep it high no matter what. This is how you can make this frequency accessible to others. You cannot go around dragging people to 5D. You cannot force humans to awaken and you do not know what their souls have chosen to experience within this lifetime. You cannot violate their free will. But you can make your life an example that invites others to follow, to partake in your beautiful experience, to share your wisdom, and to find peace in yours. Do not believe what the media tells you. Not for a moment. Turn off your TVs and spend more time with Mother Nature. Sit under a tree, breathe deeply, and know that all is divine order. They cannot win and they are fully aware of it. They just want to cause as much pain and fear and chaos as long as they can to get one last kick out of it. This is the victory of light. 22.01.2022 Compassion is magic. It can literally move discomfort, dis-ease, uncomfortable emotions, thoughts, and behaviors through you with ease and grace. Compassion doe...snt hold judgment, attachment, resentment, or expectation. Compassion allows you to just be you in all your humanness knowing that you truly are doing the best you can in the now moment you are in. Even if/when your ego tells you otherwise. Compassion allows you to accept you, love you, and step into new versions of you. Compassion feels like a warm, gentle hug, a kiss on the forehead, a soft whisper that you are ok. Its the feeling you get when you look at a new born baby; Awe, peace calm love. Can you see yourself through the eyes of compassion when you are in sadness, or anger, or anxiety. How about when you are doing behaviours you wish you werent, or believing thoughts that you know arent true? Can you hold compassion for you in these moments? I can promise you, if you can feel compassion for yourSelf in your most challenging and uncomfortable moments you will move through it with grace and ease. You will no longer hold onto anything. You will allow everything to flow through you. You will be more present, practice more love and perhaps even remember just how amazing your are in ALL your humanness! See you through the eyes of compassion and you will shift!

21.01.2022 ! COPIED ! Six months ago ....my awakening ! Last June I remember shouting out of my window at a couple walking by that were not social distancing properly !! - I even sprayed my shopping carry bags with disenfectant after an online order arrived ....what a fruit loop !!....then one day something changed and I began to look beyond the news ( I was also addicted ) ....I spoke with different people , joined a couple of groups and researched everything from Bill Gates, Climate ...Change , New World Order ( yes it’s real ) , China , UN , World Summit etc .... and the world I thought I knew - began to change , I was somebody that needed educating - fast !! ......the more research I did , the more my - not so sleepy eyes - began to open and I - for the first time ever - started to question things and the transition period began - I was in the rabbit hole ....it has lost me friends,it has gained me friends - it has totally opened my eyes , made me much stronger -but most importantly it has taught me that I can challenge my own beliefs and taught me that our beliefs, however, may not always represent accurate reflections of truth .... it also appears to me that many see acceptance ( of the truth ) as a failure but in reality - reality always wins a fight ! Acceptance of the truth is not an act of failure. It can, with the right understanding, be experienced as an act of courage. It is for those who have the strength to face the truth and stop denying it....not easy to get there but worth it when you do ! 09.01.2022 Post #22 - Prayer and Loss There are different types of prayer but the highest form is to not ask for anything, just to give, love and bask in the presence of t...he Beloved. Or as per many of my other posts to practice gratitude. To be great full. Giving thanks for your very existence. A lovely story on how to approach prayer or the alter. There was a good and very loving king of a small kingdom in India. He was caring, loving and generous not only to the people but also to the temple. Every day he prayed and took offerings to the temple. A neighbouring king was jealous of the king and his popularity so he invaded the small kingdom. It was the custom of the time to kill the king and all his family but he knew how popular he was and he worried that if he did the people might rise up. So he decided to humiliate him. He took everything from him, dressed him in rags and made him live in the gardeners stick hut at the end of the garden. However every day he continued to visit the temple but he had nothing to offer. Then he saw that in front of the hut was a pile of rich soil. Every day when he went to the temple he took a handful of the rich soil and placed it on the trees at the entrance and went into the temple gave thanks and prayed. Ask for nothing. Only go to give. Naturally if my son was dying and nothing could be done I would go to the temple pray and ask God to save him. It’s ok to be contradictory. We are only human. When the Buddha died some of the monks started sobbing with grief. The head monk become angry and said ‘haven’t you been listening to the Teachings. All thinks are temporal. The Buddha is beyond life and death. It is only his body that has gone.’ One of the monks responded crying ‘yes but it was such a beautiful body.’ Tich Nhat Hahn tells a story of the ‘death’ of his mother and how he suffered for a long time until he came to the deep understanding that she was still available to him. When a loved one dies I believe it is in our nature to mourn them regardless of the depth of spiritual understanding however I am sure the one who departed wants us to be happy and we honour them best when we go on and live a rich and joyous life. A great prayer. SO FAR TODAY Dear Lord, So far today I’ve done alright. I haven’t gossiped, Haven’t lost my temper, Haven’t been greedy, grumpy, nasty, selfish or over indulgent. I’m very thankful for that. But in a few minutes, God, I’m going to get out of bed, And from then on, I’m going to need a lot more help.
