17.01.2022 Covid 19 Update. 7/7/2020 As of midinight tonight Melbourne Metro will be going back into lockdown. Clinical massage is classed as an Essential Service and I will NOT be closing during the lockdown.... In saying this, we do have to stay safe. If you are unwell, please cancel your appointment. If you are high risk and you feel its detrimental to your health or well-being to leave home, please cancel your appointment. If you have any questions please send me a message. 15.01.2022 Due to the rapid increasing severity of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) It has been announced that all non-essential businesses must close. I sadly announce Purpy's Massage will be closing it’s doors for now... The duration of this closure is unknown... BUT... we WILL bounce back once this situation is over. 13.01.2022 Covid 19 Update Sunday 2nd of August 2020. With the announcement today that we are going into stage 4 lockdown I have to follow Government guidelines and close for 6 weeks. I sincerely apologise to anyone who has appointments booked in during this time.... A reminder all vouchers no longer have a expiry date. If you have any questions please contact me. 12.01.2022 It is with the most heartfelt sorrow I say goodbye to my client and friend Sharyn Davis. She was an amazingly beautiful person who lost her life way to soon. My prayers and deepest condolences go out to her young sons and all who had the pleasure of knowing her.

06.01.2022 Covid 19 Update. As of Wednesday 22nd of July 2020, Myself and all clients must wear face masks. Unfortunately this can be uncomfortable and claustrophobic when laying face down. I will try and make this as comfortable as I can for you but if this will make you uncomfortable please cancel your appointment and I'll happily reschedule you for when facemasks are not compulsory.... 06.01.2022 (Subject to change at last minute if the Government advises me to do so) Hi Everyone. Just an update. As of yesterday (May 4th 2020) the government has deemed clinical massage as an essential service. I still have to limit my clients and time I Massage.... From this Saturday 9th of May I will start trading again. With limited times/ appointments ( please note this will change once restrictions are lifted) New appointment times are: SATURDAY'S 1HR OR HALF HOUR APPOINTMENTS 2PM, 4PM OR 6PM MONDAY TO FRIDAY- 1HR OR HALF HOUR APPOINTMENTS 4PM OR 6PM I know this is very frustrating for everyone. I appreciate your patience while this is happening. Thanks everyone Cathy.

05.01.2022 Hi everyone. Just an update... As of today (Sunday 22nd of March 2020) I can still continue doing massages as I am a home business with limited outside contact. (With extreme hygenic precautions!) In saying this... this could change at any moment... ... If the government changes this to a full country lockdown, I have no choice but to close. I know this is extremely inconvenient expecially to my clients who come to me for pain management. I apologise for this, but we need to keep each other safe. I'll keep you informed with updates via this page. If you have upcoming appointments with me, I'll do my very best to contact you personally to give you updates.
