07.01.2022 We get lots of questions about how to transfer from your handcycle. We thought wed let Anna Sarol show you how she transfers from her Lasher Sport ATH-FS off-road handcycle. Anna says: "Transferring is one of the first things I learned in rehab. I used to rely on a sliding board, a solid board placed between two surface that allows a person to slide across and transfer. 05.01.2022 Our top tips for how to use masks hygienically are: 1. Wash / sanitise your hands before putting on your mask. 2. Dont touch your mask once its on.... 3. Disposable masks can only be used once - put them in the bin straight. away and try not to wear them for more than 4 hours at a time. 4. Make sure your mask covers your nose and your mouth. 5. Reusable masks are better for the environment - but you need to wash them regularly. 6. When you take your mask off - only touch the straps / ear loops. 7. Wash / sanitise your hands before and after taking your mask off - or if you need to touch it to adjust it while youre wearing it.
