16.01.2022 We are having phone issues. Telstra installed our new and improved NBN line yesterday. Now we cant receive calls. Great job!! So if you are having trouble getting through, please know that Telstra is working on the issue. In the meantime, calls have been rerouted to our Restaurant Manager Kevin’s mobile. So we got you!! Sorry for any issues yesterday. We weren’t able to fix the issue last night.

15.01.2022 We are in the midst of trying to sort out our massive issues with Uber Eats and all other delivery platforms. We are constantly dealing with driver issues and it’s greatly affecting you our customers. We try our best to guarantee that the food is made right before the drivers pick it up. But after that it’s in their hands. Often with several other deliveries as well. We will be speaking with Uber Eats to try and sort this out. Our goal is to make sure that you get the bes...t experience possible. So please know that we are working on this issue and apologise for any inconvenience with Uber Eats. We highly recommend our food for pick-up through our website or by phone. Uber Eats isn’t terrible. We just need to sort the driver issues with getting it to you in a timely manner. We have spread it across the entire menu to reduce the impact. We always focus on high quality fresh proteins and high quality fresh local produce. 06.01.2022 Gringos has separated our partnership with DoorDash as of today. They were unable to deliver (pun intended) on what they had promised with their delivery service. Therefore, we will only be with Uber Eats at this point in time as our delivery partner. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.
