25.01.2022 There was a lady and her cat! And they were both hungry :( The cat was very happy to receive "Whiskas" food and the lady was excited for sausages :) She planned to cook up curried sausages when her daughter visited. The social worker was also present and said to the client - see, there is help available you just have to ask!... The lady and her cat eventually asked for help, and our ADRA volunteer, Sheri, delivered food the next day. Many of our clients have never before had to ask for help. And so they struggle on until they are in a very desperate situation. Then eventually they ring and chat with a stranger on the phone and hope that some help may come their way. Our food hampers are often an answer to prayer - be it spoken or not!

25.01.2022 I support ADRA Plenty Valley because ... Feel free to complete the sentence below. We would love to know what our supporters are thinking.

10.01.2022 How can I support ADRA? 1) By donating non perishable food items to the cupboard at Plenty Valley Adventist Church. Items needed include: pasta, pasta sauce, small packets white rice, tinned vegetables/fruit/soup/spaghetti/beans/tuna.... Thank you in advance for your support!

04.01.2022 Meet Trent! Another awesome ADRA volunteer.

01.01.2022 You are probably not excited by bags and boxes! But to me, it feels like Christmas when I receive a donation of empty clean boxes and shopping bags. Thank you to my regular donators! You know who you are :)
