04.01.2022 As we know the lockdown associated with COVID19 has disrupted lives around the globe. In Australia research conducted in the early stages of lockdown showed that individuals were experiencing higher levels of tension, depressed mood, anger, fatigue, and confusion, together with lower levels of vigour. There are a numbers of reasons for this occurring including disruptions in routines, social isolation and decreased levels of physical activity that are a natural result of lockdowns. To our PWA community our advise is to stay connected and keep moving. It's also ok to not feel ok but reach out to a friend. @papayalovin
