24.01.2022 I'm very happy with this design . We are still just waiting one part for these before we can start delivering and the adaptation to similar boxes has gone as we...ll as expected.if you could share this one around it would be great we only have a limited number available in the first run but would like to get a good idea how much demand there is for the next #sequential #s1sequential #toploader #texracing #4speed #nascar #racecar See more

23.01.2022 The 60's must have been pretty good to have cars like these

14.01.2022 Dave provides a great service making our old school rides safer by converting the solid shaft type steering columns to a collapsible type.

14.01.2022 Next challenge is looms from an XA GT Falcon. These have had a bit of a journey, coming from New Zealand.

14.01.2022 Just wanted to pass on some gratitude! A big thank you to all the people who have supported me since Pylec started, to all the current vehicle owners who are patiently waiting to get their wiring sorted and to all the new customers who have been understanding when I tell them how long the queue is as 2020/21 has been a challenging time. Lastly and most importantly, the biggest thank you to my very understanding wife and family who miss out so I can complete the work!

13.01.2022 GRIMAS tailights have been a popular topic. We had our friend Chad draw then 3D print the rings which we then bodyworked with the quarter panel. Then a printed... circuit board with LEDs made for inside. #imageconversions #XM #falcon #ford #fordfalcon #custom #barra #barratheworld #turbo

12.01.2022 Completed XY GT Falcon engine bay/dash loom. This was in very poor shape when received. Someone had attempted to hide the wiring so most of the wiring had been cut and extended with all black wires. The loom has been restored as per original with fusible links added discreetly and the LAMPS relay circuit has been removed as the relay usually fails and either burns the wiring or makes the stop lights inoperable. The dash indicator is now a lights on reminder. This conversion also allows the indicators to be fused, sharing a fuse with the stop lights. The indicator circuit in XR to XYs is not fused as it relied on the original thermal flasher unit to act like a circuit breaker if overloaded, however if a later type flasher unit is fitted, the wiring will melt if there’s a short.

11.01.2022 Completed looms from David’s ZA Fairlane. Configured for a 351W, electronic ignition, electric engine fans, relays on relevant circuits, blade type fuse box, aftermarket air conditioning, separate gauge cluster loom, aftermarket audio and some mod cons.

09.01.2022 XB Falcon 6 cylinder engine bay and gauge loom in for restoration, and reconfiguring as per Clevo and GS/GT gauges. The XB will utilise a aftermarket ignition, high output alternator, electric engine fan and Astra power steer pump.

08.01.2022 Completed custom loom for an XP Falcon Panel Van which is routed out of the engine bay. Configured for a Windsor engine, trans brake, aftermarket ignition system, high output alternator, Electric engine fans, electric fuel pump with engine run trigger, blade type fuse box, relays fitted to relevant circuits, connector for custom gauge cluster with Autometer gauges, tacho, brake fail circuit, aftermarket audio.

07.01.2022 Next challenge is an XY GT Falcon loom. It’s in very poor shape in the engine bay. I’ve seen some dodgy work but I’m astounded that someone could butcher a loom as much as this one, especially given the model it’s from.

05.01.2022 Up next are looms from a very nice XB Falcon GS Hardtop being given some love by Full Throttle Custom Garage.

04.01.2022 Completed XM Falcon under dash loom. As the old loom wasn’t worth repair, a few parts were salvaged and a new loom was manufactured with a few improvements including: Separate gauge loom, blade type fuse box, electronic ignition supply, brake fail circuit, mechanical stop light switch, integrated wiper circuit, audio connector and integrated door switch circuit.

04.01.2022 Finished XB Falcon looms. Starting with a standard 6 cylinder engine bay/dash loom, it’s been restored and reconfigured to suit a Clevo, aftermarket ignition, high output alternator, electric engine fan with Davies Craig controller, JTX headlights, integrated driving light wiring, Air Cond clutch and pressure switch wiring to connect to factory A/C including engine fan trigger. The gauge loom has been restored and reconfigured as per factory GS/GT including an aftermarket audio connector.

04.01.2022 Awesome colour!

04.01.2022 Completed XB Falcon Hardtop engine bay and gauge looms as per GS/GT. Some mods have been incorporated including: Electronic ignition, driving light wiring incorporated into the main loom, headlight relays/circuit breakers (out of sight), blade type fuse box with extra circuits and an aftermarket audio connector. A new tail loom will be manufactured next.

03.01.2022 Never tire of this vid. The icing on the cake comes at the end! https://www.facebook.com/Hagerty/videos/2679303848765993/

03.01.2022 Fred brought his cool XP Falcon in for some plug and play headlight relays as Fred had fitted some H4 Halogen replacements and an alternator upgrade. The Bosch replacement alternator makes a huge difference to charging compared with the original Email. It can now maintain 14.3V at idle with the headlights on high beam. If you currently have an Email equipped vehicle, it’s quite easy to fit a Bosch internal reg alternator. ... Disconnect the battery (neg off first and back on last. Disconnect the original regulator and bridge the outer 2 terminals together (don’t reconnect original regulator). Swap the alternator over. We swapped the pulley from Email to the Bosch so the belt would be the correct length and the smaller pulley also helps with output down low. You could also use the Bosch pulley and change the belt. Connect the alt B+ and the original white wire with spade terminal to the D+ warning light terminal. The relays are set up to plug in and mount out of sight under the battery tray.

01.01.2022 Easily one of the most memorable final laps in motorsport. Up the FG Falcon!

01.01.2022 Next up, XY Falcon engine bay dash loom for restoration, GT gauges, driving lights and minor mods.
