Sire: Ilalong Talisman Dam: Glanagh Bees Knees (Kirkby Stud Remedy x Haydon Brinsome) Bells is a lovely tall mare with plenty of scope, just growing into herself now. She was broken in last year and recently brought back into work. Bells is easy to handle and has had exposure to mustering, dogs, stock whips, polocrosse racket and ball. She has really nice heritage breeding both sides of her pedigree and will suit most disciplines. Her dam Glanagh Bees Knees competed in many fields including dressage, showjumping up to 1.2m, eventing, polocorsse and was a super mustering pony. We expect Bells will be just as versatile and prove to be an asset to your stable. Take this rare opportunity to snap her up as currently we just do not have enough bottoms for saddles! We saw more new faces then ever before. We hope all our new members caught the polox bug and are eager to get back on the field in 2021. Thanks to everyone that made this year happen.

Our satisfaction comes from getting our newbies up and going and watching them grow during the time they’ve been with us. From humble beginnings of our Come & Try Day to a season where our club has fielded the most amount of teams in years. And all of this was done in a year full of setbacks and uncertainty. Receiving messages like these from our beginners affirms we are heading in the right direc...tion for our Sport. Thanks so much guys it’s been an absolute pleasure having you apart of our club and we hope your love and excitement for Polocrosse grows as we roll into the next season. We’ll see you back better and stronger than ever!

I don’t want... anything that "needs work" or "has potential". Something that is 7-10 years old, educated, easy to catch & load, won’t buck when fresh, won’t spook if a child comes from nowhere, lead a miniature off is a bonus! Our gross is $900,000 higher than the previous 13 sales on Day 1; t...his demonstrates consumers’ confidence in the open aged horse market. The top priced mare for today is Lot 151 CHESHIRE CAT on account of Emily Poole, who was purchased for a whopping $170,000 by The Trustee for Jones Family out of Katherine, NT. This is the second highest mare price in 14 years of sales, and the highest ever open aged mare price! Fetching $125,000, Marilyn McCulloch’s Lot 21 HOATHS PETER was purchased by RP & HP Partnership from Tansey, QLD. This also is our highest ever priced open aged stallion. And on behalf of Joshua Poole, Lot 126 HEZA METALLIC CAT was purchased by local Koobah Performance Horses for $65,000, also our highest ever priced open aged gelding! 05.01.2022 Last weekend we headed down to Bowen to compete at their Annual Carnival. This one is a favourite of ours as we get to play against teams we normally wouldn’t with the likes of Wondoan, Roma and Calliope travelling up. The competition was hard and challenging but there’s just as much to learn in defeat as there is in winning. A very special Congratulations to Charlie Claxton who took home Junior Encouragement Award We are very excited to watch you and your new horse D...uke bond and excel on the field. If you signed up as a Senior Player and went to every Carnival in our Zone (9) it works out to be just $18.70/game (minimum 3 games per carnival)!
