16.01.2022 COVID- 19 Update In light of the evolving COVID-19 crisis and recommended guidelines on social distancing, Pyramid Vet Surgery is making some changes to our operational practice to ensure the safety of our staff, clients and patients. If you are to enter the clinic, please note there is a ONE PERSON rule. Strictly NO CHILDREN are to enter the clinic. A strict APPOINTMENT ONLY SCHEDULE is in place and we will no longer be accepting walk in patients. In order to minimise risk o...f human to human transmission, we now have a patient drop off system in place when you arrive for your appointment. Please bring your mobile phone with you on the day When you arrive, please stay in your car and call us on 4056 5989 We will advise you to drop your pet off to our staff at our undercover car park, so you can return to your car and wait Our staff will bring your pet in to be assessed and our vet will then call you to discuss treatment options When your pet is ready for discharge, we will provide discharge instructions and advise you of the cost and meet you at the undercover car park to process payment We encourage payment via EFTPOS Please phone ahead to order required prescription medicine repeats or food, worming and flea control in advance so we can arrange to have them ready for you without the need to wait. In the interest of public health please advise us if: You have been overseas since the 15th of March You’re experiencing symptoms You need to self-isolate or are in quarantine You have been diagnosed with COVID-19 within two weeks after visiting our practice Thank you for your cooperation and understanding in these difficult times.
