18.01.2022 Hi guys ! Obviously tomorrow is going to be about as miserable as today but lucky for us the Jack Bodice cafe typically doesn’t open on a rainy day (and if they do it’s later in the morning) so assume we are meeting under the cover there! See you tomorrow

15.01.2022 Hey PFC! This weekend is our last chance to punch on before the new year so come on down! Both Saturday and Sunday classes are on at 830! ... Then classes will recommence from the 9th of Jan !

12.01.2022 Hey PFC ! This weekend (the 23rd Jan) there will only be a SATURDAY class. NO Sunday class. But we will be back to double classes the following weekend.... So make sure you come along on Saturday to get your fix of aggressive therapy :)

09.01.2022 Good morning PFC! I’m in the process of restocking some new gloves and pads for the classes. Unfortunately the ones I want are sold out so I’m waiting for them to come back in stock before I can get them. I’ll be buying a whole new set of gloves and pads for everyone to use, however if you’d like your OWN pair to take home so you never have to have anyone else’s smelly hands in your gloves let me know which colour you want and I’ll add them to the order. These gloves are $68 ...in stores but I’ll be selling them for $50 Either comment below, shoot me a DM or just text me on 0401359240. I have no idea how long they’ll take to get back in stock with the slow down from COVID etc but I’ll be getting notified when they do. See you all on the weekend !

07.01.2022 Hi PFC! This coming weekend we will be running the Saturday class as usual at 8.30am but NOT the Sunday class as I will be competing in a Strongman competition on Sunday. So be sure to come to the Saturday class to get your fix!!
