Staying connected and active was our main goal, which we definitely achieved. Some of us even increasing our fitness levels. It was great to see some old faces back at training and family members joining our sessions also. Zoom sessions & Boot camp start again next week. Hope you are all enjoying your week off

06.01.2022 42kms in 42hours ! Our biggest covid challenge yet. When I saw this challenge idea I knew it had to be done Not for everyone I agree, so we had options. Run, walk, do a combination, do it as a team or as a family, or go it solo. Michael completed his with 4 runs - 8km, 10:44km, 8:61km & 16:36 all in just over 30hrs. Fred completing with only 2 runs - 31km & 11km Karen - 10km, 10km, 9km, 8km & 5km. Finished 42.2km in a total time of 3:42 / Marathon PB 3:41. Quite different to running a straight 42.2kms but clearly still a good challenge. Congratulations to those that started this challenge & to those that completed it
