18.01.2022 Friends, This is a reminder that stress shows up in often very weird ways. Stress reactions include: raised heart beat, hyper vigilance, mood swings, ... feelings of numbness or disassociation, boredom eating, snapping out of frustration, panic attacks, anxiety, sleep disturbances, feelings of apathy, fatigue, vagueness & or memory loss increased drug and alcohol taking Most of the time we don't recognise that these "reactions" are indications of stress. Prolonged stress often leads to physical sickness, emotional imbalances and mental disorders. This year has been beyond challenging so please be mindful of your state of being - by now it would be unusual not to be showing signs of stress. Things you can do: - meditate - yoga - exercise - bush walk - gratitude journalling - mantra work - sharing and talking about your situation I am currently offering holistic counselling sessions via phone and video call. Holistic counselling is about learning to recognise your stress and learning how to drop out of it. Holistic counselling is about aligning your mind, body, heart and soul to achieve your dreams. Holistic counselling is about you being in control of your life and energy. Holistic counselling is about reworking your negative voices so they are not in control. 15.01.2022 You know, I've always loved my work. It's my soul paths calling. But to be able to offer both readings and holistic counselling to my community during a pandemic is just extra special. Today I've had 3 tarot sessions and 2 counselling! And now, as I just finish up for the day, I'm sitting here reflecting with the last glimmers of sunlight coming through my window....
