Special Friday 9 October, we are giving away 50 BÁNH MÌ and 50 Salad Bowls. We have decided to change the plan at the very last minutes for Friday so we can give you guy more from us. We are thankful for everyone that has been supporting us from the beginning of the journey and it is time for us to give back to you! 02.01.2022 Another family treat: 'BÁNH CHNG'. It is a special and popular savoury cake for our Lunar New Year, TET. Traditionally, a wooden mould was used to form this "savoury square cake". However, we do something different. We use LEGO BRICKS to create the mould to cast the cake. The cakes are then cooked for hours. Preparing and cooking the cakes is a family re-union moment.
