Andrew from Mulgowie Farming Company worked with our team from Gatton Research Facility to find out how dr...ones can improve green bean and sweetcorn farming. He found that sensing imagery from drones can identify crop variability across a field, revealing differences in crop growth, yield and quality. Armed with this data, he can make informed decisions about managing the crop to get the best quality yields. ‘The commercial applications of drone use in farming is exciting and Mulgowie will continue to explore the possibilities’ Andrew said.
