We had a good turn out on the day and alot of interest in the workshops that were presented. 13.01.2022 Hi Everyone You are all wellcome to attend the QALS Training Workplace Information Day. From 8.30 to 11.45 am, QALS Training qualified and industry experienced Facilitators & Trainers will share with you to what is required to assist school leavers & job seekers that are looking for a fulltime or partime job or starting a new career in the Security Industry.... There will be a guest speaker Shane Mc Auley CEO Talon Education & Training Pty Ltd who is a Qld Registered Training Organisation (RTO 41173), will present the Security Industry standards that is required for a job seeker to meet when applying for a position as a Security Guard. And what is involved to apply for a government funded CPP30411 Cert III Security Operations course. The purpose for the workplace workshops is to give you the needed information for anyone that is looking for a new career change before taking the next step to committing to spending your hard earned dollars and time on a course. The workshops are designed to meet the adult learning principles so to ensure all students gain a strong understanding of the workshop content with the goal to assist them in applying for their new job.
