18.01.2022 General information about lawyers' fee. 1. Lawyers need to disclose their costs prior to the commencement of work. 2. You don't have to pay until an invoice is rendered and or you are satisfied with the charges. 3. Lawyers can't receive payment in advance unless they have a trust account.... 4. Lawyers can't withdraw money from trust unless they have your approval or you have received an invoice but you have not objected it (after 7 days from the date of the invoice). 5.
