Unfortunately, this year we’ll have to give the Oktoberfest festivals a miss with everything that’s going on in the world, but that doesn’t mean we cannot enjoy a delicious Oktoberfest beer!! In collaboration with @bellsbeachbrewing, head brewer Mattias has exceeded our expectations once again with our newest beer, Festbier! ... This Festbier is pale lager with bread and biscuit characteristics due to the use of floor malted German Pilsner malt. There's a distinct bitterness and slight floral flavour and aroma from the German noble hops used. Brewed and lagered at cold temperatures for a longer period gives it a clean crisp finish and increased depth.
