20.01.2022 Working from home, isolated from work mates and friends! Read this from a friend of mine, very relevant to todays business environment. TEMPER THE MEDIA I want you to remember this "The amount of time you spend watching the news and interacting on social media right now will be inversely proportional to your income levels afterwards."... Read that sentence again. Not only is media a time-vampire. More importantly, its also an energy-vampire. The more you watch it the more negative thoughts that will enter your brain and start swirling around in there and clouding your decisions. Sure, keep up to date with media so you can be on top of any critical updates. Perhaps thats 2 x 10 minute sessions per day. But dont do any more than that. Instead, invest the bulk of your time in giving value to people. Your team, your clients, your prospects. The businesses that focus on value creation now will be the winners out the other side. And, I want that to be you.
