24.01.2022 All ready to welcome our weekend guests
22.01.2022 Greater Brisbane, which includes the council areas of Brisbane, Logan, Ipswich, Moreton and Redlands, will go into lockdown from 6pm tonight until 6pm Monday. Regrettably this means we can't go ahead with this weekend's bookings (even though we were ready for you). We will monitor Queensland Health's further directions over the weekend and liaise with next week's groups about their booking as further information comes to hand. At this stage we are proceeding with the intention that we will be able to re-open on Tuesday 12th January.
22.01.2022 It must be (Whacky) Wednesday @ QCCC Brookfield
21.01.2022 We get to host so many music camps and listen to wonderful music as we work.

18.01.2022 Great to see camp venues get the green light to slowly start operating back to normal in Victoria.
17.01.2022 Let's pause and remember all those who gave the ultimate sacrifice to protect our safety, freedom and redemption.
16.01.2022 Much will be said about the difficulties we all faced through 2020. But we made it through and can now turn to the new year with optimism and hope. We can’t wait to welcome back all our regular groups and many new ones with lots of new features and activities to enjoy. It’s going to be a great year.
16.01.2022 From next Tuesday our dining and meeting rooms just got a whole lot bigger. The increase from one person per four square metres to one person per two square metres means our capacity in many areas just doubled. We're waiting for the Industry Plan Update to see what it means for our bedrooms, but remember our industry already has a relaxation of maximum density requirements for school-aged children. #qccchappycampers
15.01.2022 We love seeing the innovative ways schools make use of our site to make camp awesome for their students. Over the weekend a group enjoyed a night pool party on Friday and then set up an Outdoor Movie screen on Saturday. What a great way to enjoy our balmy Brissie evenings! #visitbrisbane #schoolcamp #brisbanecamps
14.01.2022 26th January: Let’s acknowledge the wrongs of the past and as a nation look forward to the future with optimism and generosity of spirit.

13.01.2022 COVID-19 is exposing which communities are resilient and which systems are helping people succeed. Everyday we're hosting groups desperate to re-connect, re-charge and restore their relationships. As we roll into 2021 we are passionate about our role to help communities re-connect and re-build. Time away together on camp is proven to fast track group formation, so now's a great time to make that booking to kick off the new school year. QCCC has four venues in South East Queensland standing by for your 2021 booking.
12.01.2022 Covid has turned everything on it's head, but it gives us the chance to host some camps and run some activities outside the normal which is cool. It was our privilege last week to host a camp of Grade 3s, perhaps the youngest group we've ever had. And while most school camps stay with us to access everything Brisbane has to offer in the day, this group came to us from Brisbane for an Outdoor Ed Camp. The team from Vertec Adventure did a great job with activities at this first "home away from home" experience. #visitbrisbane #qldschoolcamps #qldoutdooreducation

We look forward to hosting all the camps who’ve booked with us this year, and beyond. We would like to say a massive thank you fo...r a wonderful Camp this year. With the COVID Safe operations in place, incredible staff, amazing food and awesome activities, our students had a spectacular week! We are really looking forward to coming again next year! Our group was delighted to have the opportunity to go ahead with our annual retreat in spite of the current Covid environment. We were comprehensively briefed in the lead up to our event and the utmost care was given to maintain a safe and healthy environment for all guests. Our thanks to venue staff who demonstrated industry professional standards throughout. We want to say a massive THANK YOU for hosting us on our recent Music Camp. We had a fantastic time and there was some terrific music making! We would like to thank you, in particular, for all the work you put in to making the camp COVID safe Staff did a thorough job with the precautions they were required to do. Their COVID safe plan was effective and reassuring. We look forward to returning again next year. We absolutely loved the camp experience. So much so that the girls were crying and begging me to take them back when we got back to school! All the staff were very welcoming, and all the activities were fantastic! All the girls learned about team work and the importance of encouraging our friends and believing in ourselves. Thank you! I just want to say thank you again for your wonderful camp. Our Yr 6 students had an amazing time and certainly came home full of stories (and also very tired). We were most impressed with how your staff interacted with our students. We were also impressed with how you managed the Covid19 safety processes. All of QCCC Covid-readiness documentation and procedures can be accessed here: https://www.qccc.org.au/home/covid19-info/

09.01.2022 Retiring Vixens star Tegan Phillip grew up on a campsite in Victoria, her parents have operated the Baptist campsite at Anglesea for decades. So with no Queensland sides left, and the Final in Brissie, we hope no one minds us jumping on the Vixens bandwagon in the hope Tegan goes out a winner!

08.01.2022 This morning's health direction announcement placing a restriction on gatherings of more than 10 people in residences and outdoor areas for the Greater Brisbane area specifically states "these limits do not apply to businesses operating under a COVID Safe plan." QCCC Brookfield is operating under the Tourism and Accommodation Industry Plan and has its own Health Management Plan. Directions for the lawful operation of businesses with Covid Safe Plans remains unchanged since the last last announcement on "Restrictions on Businesses, Activities or Undertakings Direction (No. 5) issued by Queensland Health on 15th June.
