24.01.2022 First stage of Solar... going more green at the office

22.01.2022 This morning's health direction announcement placing a restriction on gatherings of more than 10 people in residences and outdoor areas for the Scenic Rim Area specifically states "businesses operating under a COVID Safe plan are not affected by the latest restrictions". QCCC Tamborine is operating under the Outdoor Education Industry Plan and has its own Health Management Plan. Directions for the lawful operation of businesses with Covid Safe Plans remains unchanged since the last last announcement on "Restrictions on Businesses, Activities or Undertakings Direction (No. 5) issued by Queensland Health on 15th June. Camps at QCCC Tamborine are still ‘good to go.’

22.01.2022 COVID Safe Plan for Outdoor Education Providers: The relaxation to group size limit requirement has been approved and published! In response to a submission made by QORF on behalf of the outdoor sector, Queensland’s Chief Health Officer has approved the relaxation of the restriction in the Outdoor Education Providers COVID Safe industry plan on client groups from a maximum of 100 individuals to allow groups of unlimited numbers. "Total number of people per client group atten...ding may be unlimited (e.g. school-aged children, teachers and support personnel)" (Page 8 of the updated Outdoor Education Industry Plan - Version 16). This is great news for our logistics and for the quality of camp for larger groups who invest in camp programs for team building and group cohesion. You can now pursue your 2021 camp with confidence!

20.01.2022 This group are so proud of their school that they sang the school anthem to our staff before the safety briefing!

20.01.2022 Fantastic school staff and the most beautiful and behaved students at West End State School! Thank you for making this week so special and memorable We are looking forward to seeing you back at camp next year!

19.01.2022 Proudly Queensland owned and operated. No prizes for guessing which team we’re backing tonight. #bringithome #smashtheblues

17.01.2022 From next Tuesday our dining and meeting rooms just got a whole lot bigger. The increase from one person per four square metres to one person per two square metres means our capacity in many areas just doubled. We're waiting for the Industry Plan Update to see what it means for our bedrooms, but remember our industry already has a relaxation of maximum density requirements for school-aged children. #qccchappycampers

16.01.2022 Tight morning change over means we get to bring out the old luggage trolley. The kids always seem to enjoy a bit of an airport experience.

16.01.2022 We love Band Camps

15.01.2022 We love this photo of the traditional end-of-camp photo of the Fathering Adventures Dad and Daughter Camp we host, this time with best-practice social distancing. #covidsafedads #welldone

14.01.2022 Let's pause and remember all those who gave the ultimate sacrifice to protect our safety, freedom and redemption.

12.01.2022 Another music camp done and dusted! The QCCC staff have loved hearing you guys play.

12.01.2022 Some more testimonials about camp life in a Covid-Safe environment. QCCC camp was an amazing experience for the students. The camp facilities and food were fantastic and followed all COVID safety plans brilliantly. I would highly recommend QCCC for other schools for school camps of all year levels. We were so grateful that QCCC enabled us as a group of crafters to enjoy another year of our crafting activity. The video was very informative. The staff at QCCC were extremely he...lpful and explained the new Covid restrictions and what rules as a group we had to abide by. The serving of the meals by the QCCC staff were handled very efficiently. The meals this year were delicious. Ian was excellent in dealing with the minor issues we had with some of the bedrooms/doors etc. There was plenty of hand sanitizers available for everyone to use. The cabins were cleaned every day which was wonderful. Overall the QCCC venue were very well planned and the QCCC staff were all very helpful, informative and efficient. See more

08.01.2022 The nature of impending fatherhood is that you are doing something that you’re unqualified to do, and then you become qualified while doing it. John Green A big shout out to all the Dads on Fathers’ Day. Thanks for all you do and the investment in our emerging generation of young women and men.

07.01.2022 The sunset last night was absolutely breathtaking!

07.01.2022 More camps arriving!!

06.01.2022 One of our favourite camps each year, returning this weekend. Darren and Melissa have inspired hundreds of fathers into more effective fatherhood and we highly recommend these experiences. We're looking forward to seeing how the obligatory group photo at the lookout goes with social distancing. :)
