15.01.2022 Research like Private Lives 3 has again shown that our families, our mob and our friends, including those we choose, are an important part of our health and wellbeing and play a vital role in creating a more just and equal society. You can learn more and share your stories about how the people in your life have supported you, here: https://lgbtiresilience.org #LGBTIresilience

14.01.2022 The results of the national Private Lives 3 research with our communities has been released today, and it clearly shows that our communities desire and need access to peer led services that understand and can meet their needs. We are proud to launch our #LGBTIResilience campaign today which will raise the profile of the issues and experiences facing our communities, and the strengths and opportunities we have to support wellbeing. You can learn more and share your stories here: https://lgbtiresilience.org

13.01.2022 A massive thanks from all of us at QC to the amazing people who spent time with us today, sharing their stories, work and personalities as we talked, walked, and laughed our way through a truly fabulous Fair Day at New Farm Park. A big shout out to Brisbane Pride Festival for making it all happen, and all the folks connected to us and our communities that made it so worthwhile. WE ALL DID IT.

13.01.2022 We are pleased to announce that the Brisbane and Cairns World AIDS Day Vigils will be happening this year as COVID safe physical events. The Brisbane Vigil will be held on 1st December at 6.30pm at the New Farm Park Rotunda, and the Cairns Vigil will be held at 6pm on 1st December at the North Western Event Lawn on the Esplanade. We hope you can make it along to keep the important legacy of World AIDS Day Vigils going for our communities.

07.01.2022 Our communities continue to report that less than half of us feel accepted when we access health and support services, and we have a long way to go to change this. We are committed to continuing to raise awareness of this alongside our partners, and changing things for the better. To do this we need the support of our friends, allies and leaders in the organisations we access for support. Learn more about the #LGBTIResilience campaign and share your stories here: https://lgbtiresilience.org
