17.01.2022 We are returning marine licence and boat registration fees back to the boating sector by establishing the Better Boating Fund This will mean that all the mon...ey Victorians pay in boating licences and rego will go into a dedicated trust fund, every cent of which will be re-invested straight back to improving boating for those who love getting out on the water. Money will be used for things like maintaining boat ramps, improving boat safety, education programs and more promotion to boost participation in the industry. When the time comes for boaters to pay their fees and rego for the year, they’ll know exactly where that money is going straight back into boating.

06.01.2022 Take a look back at the yacht Sanyo Maris which turned 50 in 2008 and competed in the Rolex Sydney Hobart that year. It is a yacht full of history with skipper Ian Kiernan buying the yacht from Jack Earl, one of the founding Members of the Cruising Yacht Club of Australia years prior.
