We’re calling upon Queensland Labor and Queensland's Liberal Party of Australia, if elected, to urgently increase the resources and authority of The Office of the Queensland Government Architect. 05.01.2022 At a small, but very moving, ceremony last Thursday, Traditional Owner @ShannonRuska performed a welcome for the new Queensland Chapter Chapter office. On the traditional lands of the Yuggera and Turrbal peoples, Shannon spoke of the power of storytelling, land and place and community. His message - particularly to the #EmAGN and #SONA practitioners present - was to seek to understand the stories and soul of a place as intrinsic to the design process. We wish all our First Nations members, clients and communities across Queensland the very best for this #2020NAIDOCWeek
