18.01.2022 QLD MASTER MECHANICS will still operate at our normal hours of 7:30 till 9PM Monday to Thursday, and 7:30 till 3PM on Friday until otherwise notified. We are monitoring the COVID19 situation and government advise closely and will change this as advised. In this current situation, we have thought about how we are going to keep our business going safely, with maximum safety for the health of our staff, customers and community. All jobs will be taken in with as little face to f...ace contact as possible. Our workshop will be closed off to customers. Customers are asked to enter via the office door. This door will stay open during work hours to avoid less contact on surfaces. Customers can pay via card over the phone, internet transfer or in the office with our clean portable eftpos machine (sanitised after every use). We will be offering pick up and delivery to practice safe social distancing and to allow the least minimal contamination on surfaces. Before and after every vehicle is touched, we will be wiping down areas of contact, and we would appreciate a clean vehicle to work on, too. We are all in this together and we thank you all for your understanding and cooperation during this tough time, we will keep on operating in a safe environment until we are advised further. At the same time, we’re responding quickly by changing what we do in our workshop and breakdowns, to keep our mechanics and customers safe.
