15.01.2022 QLD Protech Services recently prepared and submitted a large Project Tender for our client at the Port of Mackay. Contract to include roads reconstruction and stabilisation, as well as stormwater infrastructure modifications. Naturally we hope the for the best outcome for our client in securing this high value contract.

14.01.2022 Sam Salonen joined QLD Protech Services 2 months ago as Tenders Co-ordinator / Junior Estimator. Over the last 2 months he has shown enthusiasm and proved to be a quick study learning the ropes at a fast pace. Over the next 2 years Sam will be trained in all disciplines of the business including Project Management and Design & Drafting. Well done son keep up the good work.

13.01.2022 Protech Services Engaged as Project Managers on the Springsure Transfer Station civil works. Work to commence July 4 and run for 5 weeks with a crew of 8 - 10. It will be a cold 5 weeks as Springsure gets quite cold this time of year. Bring your woolies boys.

09.01.2022 QLD Protech Services Pty Ltd to Project/QA Manage the construction of a 1.5 megalitre concrete storage tank and associated civil works at S01 Pump Station for Gladstone Regional Council on behalf of our client Bargara Concrete Tanks. Preliminary work commenced late November and the project is due to be completed early May 2017.

07.01.2022 Rain delays works at Springsure for 4 days, as site received 180mm in one day. Once it dried out the boys were back into it with a vengeance, moving up to 1500m3 of dirt a day.

05.01.2022 Protech Services has been engaged as Estimators for the Multi-million dollar NDRRA Project in Rockhampton. The works will include Road Reconstruction and Stormwater Systems at over 80 different locations scattered throughout the Region.

04.01.2022 Stage 1 Completed on the NBN Tower contract. Job well done by the Hardline Boys. Shoulder widening to commence early August.

04.01.2022 Protech Services engaged as Estimators for the reconstruction of the Haulage Road at Callide Mine. Cyclone Marcia last year washed out a big chunck of the haulage road, which needs to be reconstructed. Early works include the construction of a 12m wide temporary haulage road that will be used while the reconstruction is in process. This will require several hundred thousand m3 of fill to be imported from the mines overburden, and the project will be a multi-million dollar investment by the mine.

04.01.2022 Excavation for the Concrete Emergency Storage Tank well under way despite heavy rainfall on Thursday night which made for extremely boggy site conditions on Friday last week. Project already slightly ahead of schedule. Well done lads.
