22.01.2022 We have been in communication with Iceworld since Stage 2 was announced by the Qld Government, & as of today it looks like we have some great news for junior hockey players in Qld. Yes, we have secured 24 hours of daytime ice over the next 3 weeks. I know only some schools are on holidays as of 22 June, but we think that this is too good of an opportunity to miss; so we have booked icetime starting from 23 June. We anticipate Weeks 2 and 3 to fill up fast, so if you are able ...to do week 1 then please register for Week 1 (and additional weeks if you want more than 1 week) PLEASE NOTE WE REQUIRE A MINIMUM NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS, ALONG WITH FINAL APPROVAL FROM ICEWORLD. WE WILL CONFIRM YOUR SPOT FOR WEEK 1 ON MONDAY 22 JUNE. Week 1 Tues 23 June Fri 26 June 1:00pm 3:00pm Acacia Ridge Week 2 Mon 29 June Thurs 2 July 1:00pm 3:00pm Acacia Ridge Week 3 Mon 6 July Thurs 9 July 1:00pm 3:00pm Acacia Ridge DETAILS: COVID restrictions in place so only 20 on ice at a time (including Coaches), which will allow coaches more one on one time with each player throughout the sessions Parents to arrange drop off and pick up as per the rinks COVID protocols, currently 15 min before session starts and 15 minutes after session is over Numbers are limited, and you will book in for a Week (4 x sessions) at a time (not a session at a time). Suitable for players that have been playing for 3+ years. 11 15 years old or by request for consideration outside of this age group 1 Week (4 x 2 hour sessions) cost is $200 You can apply to book into multiple weeks Coaches are Mike Harrow and Chris Smith Each session is a 2 hour continuous on-ice session Focus will be to improve at an individual level across the core skill elements: Please email your interest to [email protected], or SMS Mike on 0414843265. 09.01.2022 Are you dreaming about filling the net with pucks? Goalies are you dreaming about your next Shutout? The good news is that Harrow Hockey Workouts will continue next week on Instagram to help keep you fit and strong for your return to the ice. With school going back, the times will now be Mon, Wed, Fri @ 7:30am (Qld time) for hockey fitness workouts, and 4:00pm for stickhandling workouts. 08.01.2022 Cyclone’s ON-ICE skills sessions has just been confirmed and due to demand we now have 40 hours of icetime booked over the next 3 weeks. Week 1 commences tomorrow (23 June) for 4 consecutive days from 1pm-3pm.. Week 1 is the only week where you can book for a day at a time.... Currently we have 5 spots available for Tuesday and Thursday and 4 spots for Wednesday and Friday. Please email [email protected] or SMS Mike on 0414843265 to book one of these spots. Please note the earlier you book for week 1, the more chance you will get a spot as this 1st week will be booked on a first come, first serve basis.
