25.01.2022 Happy National Ag Day to all our farmers. While the world has gone crazy due to COVID-19, Aussie farmers have kept us going. You've ensured we were fed and watered (perhaps for some of us, a little too much); you've helped keep us clothed and you've helped us develop a healthy obsession with indoor plants during the pandemic and waves of lockdowns, all with Aussie grown and Aussie made food, fibre and foliage. #AgDay2020 #AgDay

21.01.2022 Don't let your dislike for digital technology or video conferencing invalidate your vote at the DA and ADF AGMs this year! If you cannot attend the AGMs (both being held via video conferencing), pass your proxy to your state councillors or another farmer who will definitely be attending the AGM who you would want to vote on your behalf.

While we await the outcome of the DA elections, we'd like to give a big congratulations to our president Brian Tessmann who was voted on as new ADF Board Director for a 3-year term at the AGM held yesterday. Unfortunately, the decision on the 2nd Director position on Board was not resolved, as each remaining candidate receiving more Agains...t votes than For. The ADF National Council will now need to meet to determine whether to initiate the process to appoint a Director for 1-year to fill the casual vacancy (until the next AGM) or examine what other options are possible. We've had some issues with our mail delivery server so if you do not receive it at the regular time, please contact us via PM.
