He talks sbout his childhood in the Vic town of Lara, just north of Geelong: As a very small boy, this lamp was our lighting on the kitchen table, Power was connected to the small town of Lara when I was two 2, I am now 73 and I can clearly remember the lamp and old wooden kitchen table. It was a real WOW celebration when Electricity came to town, 1950 even the odd street light, water came later, just a few scattered houses the...n - population now approaching 20,000! kindest regards ROB
