15.01.2022 Cheeky little downpipe upgrade today We were onsite completing other works when we spotted a bit of rust around one of the downpipes and the owner was happy to get the rusted sheet metal downpipes swapped out to PVC. Being a waterfront property surrounded by salty air, all of the downpipes were in far worse condition than first thought and their true condition was hidden by the custom paint job holding them together. They pretty much fell apart on removing them. ... 13.01.2022 Neat This buildings about 30 years old. Has had leaks from day 1. The roof penetrations/dektites had 10 different types of silicone lathered over them and was still leaking If the pipe/duct/vent coming up through the roof completely covers the pan of the roof sheet, do everyone a favour and install a dry pan flashing ... 30 years of persistent leaks fixed in a few hours #qldroofsolutions #roofleaks #problemsolved #roofing #roofer #brisbaneroofing #goldcoastroofing #leakexperts #neat

04.01.2022 Hope nobodies just eaten when watching this bit of roofing rudeness People, PLEASE stop spending money on disgraceful contractors who don’t know what they’re doing! This drive me insane. People pay good money in the hope that they’re going to have a leak resolved and they end up with a monstrosity like this.... How do people walk away from something like this and drive home thinking they’ve done a good job People who carry work out like this keep me busy but I feel for whoever is footing the bill having to pay for the work to be done twice.
