19.01.2022 #TBT to this Norton Commando motorcycle display ranging from 1967 to 1977. Eleven of these beautiful motorcycle's were loaned to the museum by a member of the Historical Motorcycle Club of Qld.

18.01.2022 #TBT 1903 Trevethan Displayed at QTM in 2018 Fully restored in 2000, Trevor was one of two models built by Trevethan's in Toowoomba and is believed to be the first motor car built in Queensland.



15.01.2022 #TBT #ThrowBackThursday 1950 Speedway Bike Displayed at QTM in 2018 Racing is all about thrills! This Speedway bike built in the 1950's has no brakes or gears... ... This little beauty raced all over the countryside at Brisbane Exhibition Speedway, Alice Springs, Mt Isa and Townsville. It was retired from racing in the 1990's in Cairns. Featuring a total oil loss system, whereby all of the Castor oil used in the 500cc J.A.P engine worked through the motor and dropped onto the track.
