Mine was telling me not to do the walk this morning because I had some things on my mind that were troubling me from yesterday. Had a broken sleep so was a bit lethargic this morning. I knew that if I gave in and listened I would waste the day. Best solution, Take Action. Hill walk done followed by grocery run.
