11.01.2022 Looking for a workout that strengthens your shoulders and core? Try this Figure 8 exercise which uses a weighted plate. Its important when performing this exercise to keep a slight bend in the elbows and keep your arms at eye height. NOTE: The slower and more controlled you perform the movement, the more likely you will start to feel the burn in your shoulders As you start to become more comfortable with the movement, work your way up to a heavier weight as this will activate the core even further.
