16.01.2022 Good morning everyone, Great news - only 4 active cases of coronavirus in the North West and two weeks without any new cases! We are all doing really well ! Just a reminder that the coronavirus testing bus will be in Queenstown today. This will be the last day the bus will be on the West Coast.... So if you have symptoms of flu, even the slightest sniffle, runny nose or cough we encourage you to get tested. Simply call the Public Health Hotline on 1800 671 738 to make an appointment, arrange to have testing and go to the testing bus. Even if you don’t have symptoms of flu, you can still have a test at the bus. All workers in direct contact with the public (irrespective of whether you have symptoms of flu) are also encouraged to get tested. So, do your bit to prevent community spread of the virus and reduce the chance of the second wave by getting tested. This has been a long journey for us all and the finish line is in our sights. Let’s get there safely! Have a wonderful day

15.01.2022 Hi everyone Given the further easing of restrictions, we would like to let you all know we have made some important adjustments to our operations from this Monday morning. These changes include: (1) Returning the prescription counters to their original location which allows customers to move around the store safely. As always, please ask our friendly pharmacy assistants if you require any help;... (2) Floor signs located at least two meters apart throughout the pharmacy. We ask customers to stand on these floor signs whilst waiting for us to serve you; (3) Silver tape is located on the floor and we ask customers not to cross the tape; (4) A total number of 7 customers in the pharmacy at any one time in order to maintain physical distancing between people including our staff. Upon entering the store, if you notice there are more than 7 people, feel free to wait outside or in your car or return to the pharmacy at another time; (5) A return to our normal operating hours of 9:00am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday. The pharmacy will no longer be closed for lunch. We recognise there has been a lot of change over the last few weeks and we thank you all for your co-operation as we work together for everyone's health, well-being and safety during COVID-19. We urge everyone to continue practicing physical distancing, practice good hand hygiene and being aware of the emergence of flu-like symptoms. Take care everyone and look after each other !

05.01.2022 Hi everyone! As of this evening, we have another four cases of coronavirus taking our state's total to 212. The outbreak of COVID-19 on the North West continues. Our simple message today is to remind everyone about the best way to prevent the spread of infection. One way is to wash your hands thoroughly. Please feel free to use our new hand sanitising dispenser located at the pharmacy entrance. We encourage you all to use it prior to entering the store. We are all in this to...gether! There has been a lot of changes in our pharmacy over the last couple of weeks to ensure our staff, customers and community are safe. We want to thank you all for your co-operation in adhering to our new procedures so we can all be virus free! We are experiencing an increase in our business activity so your prescription might take a little longer than normal. Thank you for your understanding. Take care and stay safe everyone.

01.01.2022 Hi everyone! We would like to give you all an update on our process for receiving emailed prescriptions from doctors surgeries on the West Coast who are seeing patients via telehealth. We want to provide an efficient service so you don't have to wait for your prescription but in doing so, we ask that you help us! We receive a large number of prescriptions on email after the telehealth consults and unfortunately we do not have the resources to allow our staff to watch and pr...int emails throughout the day. So, in order for your emailed prescription to be processed, we ask you to contact us by phone (6471 1651) after the telehealth consult with the doctor and prior to attending the pharmacy. Indicate to us over the phone that a prescription is emailed and let us know which medicines you would like us to dispense. We will then have the medicines dispensed and ready for collection so you do not have to wait for too long. Importantly this will also ensure you are not dispensed a medication you didn't need! We would also like to let you know that the Department of Health requires emailed prescription repeats to be kept on file at the pharmacy. This is a legislative requirement which we recognise may be inconvenient and confusing, so if you notice that you don't have repeats at home, contact us as they might be on our file. Any questions?? Please call us as we would love to hear from you ! Have a wonderful and safe weekend

01.01.2022 We have an exciting opportunity available within our organisation. Please see our advertisement for further information:
